Since 2010, the yoga teacher training program has trained lovers of yoga around the world and certified hundreds of them to teach amazing yoga classes. Our training supports students in deepening their understanding and relationship to the practice by studying the magic ingredients: breath, bandhas and dristi. With revolutionary methods to make the practice accessible and appropriate, our approach is modern, therapeutic, challenging, supportive and stepped in tradition.
The course is set upon the sequence of the Ashtanga Primary Series (Yoga Chikitsa) and the creative flow found in the Vinyasa Flow style of asana practice. While the traditional Ashtanga Primary series lays a strong foundation for the students, they will also learn from various other yoga styles on which to draw from in developing and sequencing a Vinyasa Flow class. In these styles, asana are practiced using breath, dristi (gaze) and bandhas (inner energy locks). By the end of the course, students will be able to teach Ashtanga primary series as well as creating their own Vinyasa Flow sequences.
From Day 1, the course will lead the students through the proper techniques including key alignments, modifications, variations, contraindications, use of basic yoga props as well as the art of adjustment techniques, teaching methodology and practice teaching.
As the foundation of Ashtanga primary series established, principles of sequencing will be taught so that students can create a Vinyasa flow class according to the needs of their own students or class. In addition, we will incorporate other styles of yoga such as yin, restorative and Hatha yoga to provide the students a broader horizon of yoga styles and enhance their knowledge in general.
We will also share our expertise about marketing, pricing, teaching group or private classes, and setting up your own yoga school.
We intend to support each student as they develop, deepen, appreciate and expand their understanding of their true authentic self. Through practical study of philosophy, personal alignment, modifications of classical poses, pranayama practices, meditation and individual instruction, this intimate training is sure to be a life enhancing experience.
We look forward to working with you.
Our Yoga Alliance Registered 200-hour yoga teacher training program provides the students the highest standards of education and qualification to teach internationally.
Most important, the All Yoga teacher training system is designed to help you find your own unique ‘yoga voice’ and help you to learn to teach from it. After we have taught students the basics and helped students to find their own yoga voice, the last part of the program will offer practical experience training students to lead yoga groups. You will leave our program a yoga teacher, ready and certified by All Yoga to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga.
Homework, written essays, quizzes and a final practical and written exam must be completed prior to certification.
Upon graduation students will be given a Yoga Alliance accredited diploma from All Yoga stating that they have completed our requirements and are now certified yoga teachers.

This training was amazing journey on my yoga path. IT opened different view to my yoga practice. I feel stronger and more in control of my mind by first controlling and understanding the breathing.
At the beginning yoga teaching feels frightening, but with the time will become enjoyable. Being able to share the joy of yoga with the students. The most challenging was to make the breathing even and rhythmic and also to synchronize with the movement.
The training taught me a lot more than just where to put my feet on the mat. It taught me about myself and my body. IT showed me how to see and listen to myself, accept any limitations and weakness.
How to overcome them and grow. It taught me patience and love.
It’s a milestone in life. Apart from the asana progress during those 24 days, I also experience the inner peace in my mind; I’ve been looking for it for so long.
