The course is set upon the sequence of the Ashtanga Primary Series (Yoga Chikitsa) and the creative flow found in the Vinyasa Flow style of asana practice (eg. Rocket Yoga Vinyasa). While the traditional Ashtanga Primary series lays a strong foundation for the students, they will also learn from various other yoga styles on which to draw from in developing and sequencing a Vinyasa Flow class. In these styles, asana are practiced using breath, dristi (gaze) and bandhas (inner energy locks). By the end of the course, students will be able to teach with confidence the Ashtanga primary series as well as creating their own Vinyasa Flow sequences.
From Day 1, the course will lead the students through the proper techniques including key alignments, modifications, variations, contraindications, use of basic yoga props as well as the art of adjustment techniques, teaching methodology and practice teaching.
As the foundation of the Ashtanga Yoga Vinyasa primary series is established, principles of sequencing will be taught so that students can create a Vinyasa Yoga flow class according to the needs of their own students or class. In addition to the Yang practice of Ashtanga and to balance it, we will incorporate other styles of yoga such as Yin Yoga to provide the students a broader horizon of yoga styles and enhance their knowledge in general. Thai Yoga massage will also be introduced to become comfortable touching appropriately and adjusting safely your future students.
We will also share our strong expertise on the business or Yoga about marketing, pricing, teaching group or private classes, and setting up your own yoga school.
We intend to support each student as they develop, deepen, appreciate and expand their understanding of their true authentic self. Through practical study of Yoga philosophy, personal alignment, modifications of classical poses, pranayama practices, meditation and individual instruction, this intimate training is sure to be a life enhancing experience. We look forward to working with you.

Mariana Liefield – Italy – October 2014 Yoga Teacher Training
I feel happy and full of gratitude. This experience was what I really wanted and I’m very content that I found it. I like that there were many different teachers and teaching styles. To all my teachers, every one of you have a beautiful ingredient, everyone on your own way, dedicated to us 100%. I feel my body stronger and my mind clearer. Thanks guys!
Liana & Rachel – Australia – August 2014 Yoga Teacher Training
We loved the All Yoga Teacher Training! It was above and beyond our expectations. The teachers are all very knowledgeable, supportive and contribute their own unique styles to the training. We achieved more than we thought we were capable of and improved our practice tremendously. This wouldn’t have been possible without the great energy and time that the teachers devoted to our training. We hope that this is only the start of our relationship with the All Yoga Team!
Becky – UK – August 2014 Yoga Teacher Training
The whole course has been challenging, both physically and mentally but it has been an incredible experience for me. As well as learning the brand new skill of teaching yoga, my own practice has improved and my mind has been opened tot the spiritual side of yoga. The teachers were supportive and tough (when they needed to be) and the physical and spiritual sides were perfectly balanced. Also the variety of yoga styles have helped to keep things exciting. I am going back to the UK with a self practice and the skills to teach and share with others and also new friends from all over the world! Thank you All Yoga!
Katerina – France – August 2014 Yoga Teacher Training
The course was very well organized. The teachers were friendly, approachable and very experienced. I felt like I could trust and open to them. I loved that we had the chance to do different kind of yoga. Yoga philosophy was extremely interesting and it made me want to study more once I go back home. I don’t want this wonderful journey to end. I feel like I’ve learned so much and I will never forget this great experience.
